Crystal Baths provide a sacred space for meditation and relaxing and don’t worry there is no water or bath involved, all you need to bring is yourself, some blankets and pillows so you are comfortable and warm on the floor during the meditation. Alternatively, you could bring a reclining garden chair if you find it difficult to lie on the floor. These small group sessions immerse you in high frequency angelic and crystal healing energy. I have created these sessions, so people take a moment out of their busy lives for themselves, which is healing in itself. This sacred time gives yourself a chance to develop and support your self-healing journey. It gives you the time for peace, self-reflection, acceptance, letting go and forgiveness. And this time is so beautifully important for your mind, body and soul.
